This property is PERFECT! This unit looks exactly as pictured. It was so clean and the perfect size. Kitchen was beautiful and the appliances were newer. It was stocked with everything you can think of. Check in was simple and check out was even more simple. This particular unit is a quick walk to the private beach, which was also amazing. If you looked at the balcony, you could literally see the ocean. Both pools were steps behind us and both were well maintained. Their was a 24 hour guard at the parking entrance which was comforting. We’ve never used VRBO before, so we were a little nervous. The owners had clear instructions for everything you can think of. They even provided a binder of house rules, as well as where to find things, places to eat, things to do. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Please do not sleep on this unit. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. The kettle corn was a nice touch and very delicious. Shower was clogged and wouldn’t drain. Per my fault I didn’t read the no elevator on third floor. Air went out but they did have it fixed next day. If you are older the patio door is very are to open and shut. Bedroom tv didn’t work. Light switches were annoying but they did provide instructions how to use. Was easy to get to pool and beach. It was ok but overpriced for what I was expecting. Especially the smell, and cleanliness. Rooms are tight space for luggage. And counterspace for bathrooms very small for female ##### Frank M. When flying it’s hard to bring things with you so having them on hand would be nice. Had beach toys for the kids and beach chairs which was a nice additive.
