Overall, the property had a great location to coligny beach and shops. The appliances were updated and the unit was clean. However, we found multiple centipedes in the kitchen area as well as on the primary bedroom curtains. These were a nuisance but we also encountered a large (about 3 inches) cockroach by the washer and dryer. While this was unexpected because the unit seemed well maintained we overall enjoyed this unit and will attribute the bugs to the time of year. The location of this property was convenient to both the Beach and Ocean along with shopping and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. It was fairly clean. We noticed behind the beds was a little dirty but most everything else was clean. The master bedroom mattress was a little hard for our liking but that is purely personal preference. The check-in process was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend this property/location. We fell in love with Hilton Head and will definitely return. ##### Lisa M. Reviewer Comments: Overall a very nice unit in a great location. My only recommendation for improvement would be to provide parking passes for registered guests. On the first day of our stay, we were approached by three separate owners at surf court who asks us why we were parking there and one even told us they were going to be towing people who parked there. Each time I explained that I was a registered guest, but it was a bit annoying. One of them explained that they were having problems with people using their parking lot, which I can understand, but parking passes for registered guests would eliminate this being an issue. ##### Mark H.
