### Sunset Rentals | Colonnade Club 206

This stylish Shipyard villa boasts all the comforts of home. The open concept kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, an attached laundry room and a dining counter with 2 barstools. The kitchen, flooring and furniture were recently updated in the spring of 2019!   
  
The formal dining area has a table for 6 and is open to the living area. The living area features comfortable seating and a wall mounted TV/DVD, as well as a large window view of the lagoon and a slider door to the outside deck that overlooks the lagoon and golf course.  
  
Colonnade Club 206 comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, a door to the deck, and a private bath with a tub/shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV, and a connecting door to the hall bath that has a shower stall.  
  
The Colonnade Club features stylish Shipyard rentals and is a great Hilton Head vacation destination, close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. This Shipyard complex is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.  
  
Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.   
  
Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.
