- New to VRBO. Welcome to Seaside Villas 166. This villa is conveniently located on the 1st floor and offers a spectacular view of the ocean and beach. The interior is up-to-date and newly decorated . Unlike most villas at Seaside, you will find this condo offers central air conditioning/heating. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and cable TV. The living and dining area offers a queen size sofa sleeper with the convenience of complimentary internet access, cable TV, along with VCR and DVD Player. You'll find that the kitchen is fully stocked and functional with a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, and complete accommodations for five. You will LOVE the new walk in shower!
The Sea Side Villas is located along South Forest Beach Drive and is short walking distance to Coligny Plaza which has many great shops and restaurants. You can literally park your car and rent bicycles to explore all of the natural beauty that Hilton Head has to offer! Additional amenities include two on-site pools, on-site grills and picnic tables and ocean front sun deck
