Located in Shipyard on Hilton Head Island, Kingston Dunes 80 offers all the comforts of home in a tranquil setting, less than a mile from the beach. Guests can enjoy use of the in-ground pool while staying at the home, or opt to simply kick back and relax next to the pool on the pool deck! The living area is outfitted with comfortable furnishings, a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV, an electric fireplace and adjoins a sunny Carolina room- the perfect spot to take in the golf course views or to read a book! \*\*Fireplace is not for guest use.\*\* The well-appointed kitchen features granite counters, a tiled backsplash and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining table seats 5 with an additional 2 seats at the kitchen bar. You're able to access the elevated patio area and private pool deck through sliding doors off the kitchen. The house was a perfect size for three families. We had 6 adults and 3 children under 3\. Each family had a room that was the perfect size with small children and their own bathroom.
