There are three Championship golf courses located in Palmetto Dunes and this home sits on the 11th hole of the Robert Trent Jones course with breathtaking ocean views. The pristine sandy beach is just a short 2 minute walk for you and your family. Whether building sand castles, beach combing, or just relaxing and taking in the cool ocean breeze this location is the very best in Palmetto Dunes. As you enter our home you will be welcomed into the large freshly painted family room with plenty of seating for everyone on our spacious, sectional couch. Our upscale kitchen is open to the family room and offers a Thermador gas cooktop, SubZero refrigerator, two sinks, microwave, wine cooler and ice maker. Adjacent is a breakfast room with a new dining table for 6-7\. The French doors just off the breakfast room lead out to a spacious, new deck with ample seating and an inviting pool and spa.(can be heated for an additional charge) On the opposite side of our kitchen in the dining room is our beautiful dinning room with enough space to seat 10 guests comfortably. There are 3 primary bedrooms downstairs each with king beds and private newly renovated baths with tubs, separate updated showers and double sinks. These 3 bedrooms have 3 new 65 inch smart TV's. Upstairs you will find a game room with a foosball table and plenty of seating on the comfortable couch. There are 3 more bedrooms upstairs. The first has 3 twin beds and a private bathroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom and the third bedroom has a king sized bed with a private bathroom along with a new 55 inch smart TV. We recently had a wonderful week at 1 Night Harbor in Palmetto Dunes. This included a total of 13 people from three families, which matched up perfectly with the 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Each of the parents had their own master king suite and bathroom downstairs while all of our 7 teenagers had three bedrooms and a bonus room/loft to themselves upstairs with their own bathrooms. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed. We prepared several meals and used the grill and ovens quite often. There is also a refrigerator in the garage, which was great for storing all of our drinks. We enjoyed the ping pong table, foosball table, and pool. It was great that 10 beach towels were included. The garage is well stocked with beach chairs, a pull cart, and some other beach items, which helped us limit the number of items we had to bring with us. The location was perfect with only a very short walk to the beach. The beach access has a ramp instead of steps (great for our pull carts). This section of beach is not crowded. We understand from other reviews that the deck is being replaced this fall. Also, the construction on the house next to us was not an issue at all (they appear to be working on finishes inside, which minimized the noise). The house is well equipped and well kept. The kids had fun with the foosball table upstairs. It’s a comfortable place for the family to hang out at the end of a nice beach day. Wonderful beach house with open kitchen and living room area that overlooks the private pool. The space and bedrooms worked good for our multi family beach trip. The location was great and had easy access to the beach. The house itself was spacious and easily accommodated our group of 11\. We liked that there were 4 King Beds and that the kitchen was nicely appointed for nights we wanted to cook. The Property Manager was great.
