Shorewood 437 - Freshly Updated Ocean & Pool View

  • New for 2023 - Freshly painted throughout, New Living room furniture along with a 65 inch smart TV, New lighting, New king bed set and bedding. Shorewood Villas is in the heart of South Forest Beach and a short stroll over to Coligny Plaza, where you can find shopping, dining, or maybe just some ice cream. Shorewood 437 has two full size baths, the master has a walk-in shower. There is a spacious living and dining area. The unit has a full-size washer and dryer. Shorewood 437 has been decorated beautifully and has all of the comforts of home. Each bedroom has a large ceiling fan for those warm days. King in the master, 2 Twins in the 2nd plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Shorewood is a private gated community with a beautiful new zero entry swimming pool area. Shorewood's pool area includes bathrooms, hot tub, and a children's pool. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. There is both covered and uncovered parking plus stunning landscaped grounds. Shorewood is also within a short walk to the new Lowcountry Celebration Park just off of Pope Avenue which features a huge playground for kids.
