Shorewood 207- 3 Bedroom Ocean Front

  • Shorewood 207 is a comfortable, spacious 3 bedroom Direct Ocean Front Condo. This 3 bedroom condo has 3 full baths including a renovated walk in shower in the primary bath (April 2025). There is a King bed in the primary bedroom, another King bed in bedroom #2 as well as another King bed in BR 3. In addition, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo is perfect for a family or a couples getaway. The views from this condo are amazing and (as an end unit) has more privacy & natural light than the interior units are able to offer. Shorewood 207 offers many of the comforts of home including free WiFi as well as a flat screen TV in each bedroom plus a new wall mounted 55" Smart TV in the living room. Soak up the sun in the oceanfront pool and hot tub located in between the 2 oceanfront buildings. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. One of the best things about Shorewood is it's location and proximity to everything you would want to enjoy about Hilton Head Island. Enjoy Shopping & Dining in nearby Coligny Plaza as well as the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. All within a short 7 to 10 minute walk from Shorewood.
