Shorewood 201 - Newly Updated 3 Bedroom Ocean Front Spectacular Views!

  • Guests staying in Shorewood 201 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach as far as the eye can see. After hours in the surf, vacationers return from the ocean via the private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool or a seasonally heated spa. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. Toddlers have a separate wading pool. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This nicely furnished newly updated and freshly outfitted property features a comfortable outdoor patio set on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo has great laminate flooring, new updated kitchen, and new furnishings throughout. The A/C System was replaced in May of 2019 as well as a new washer & dryer in August of 2019. All of the bathrooms were completely renovated in April 2022. King bed in the master bedroom, Two Twins in bedroom 2, King in Bedroom 3, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Beautiful, spacious condo with gorgeous views and a very short, easy walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub area were also very nice. This location is close to Coligny and an easy drive to many restaurant options. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was very beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only issue that I had was that the beds were a bit worn.. Great location near everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at 201 for the last 7 years and it feels like our 2nd home. We really love this unit and Shorewood. The refrig door does not close completely and the repair man was in to work on the ice maker but we still had no ice. We also would have liked to have a broom to sweep up the floors and the patio.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as expected. It was a very spacious 3 bedroom condo that was beautifully decorated in an amazing location.The downside was the smell of the condo. It was VERY musty and we couldn’t clear it out. For that reason, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. I didn’t get a response from the office when asking for help with it. Also, there was no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms, we had to use the other bathrooms for showers.

Great location, twin beds need replaced

We have stayed at Shorewood for 20 years. First time staying in 201. Location is great. The only complaint is the twin mattresses. They are terrible and need to be replaced. They are okay for small children but not for teenager or adults. I will continue to stay at Shorewood but I will not rent 201 again if the twin beds/mattresses are not replaced.
