We really liked the location in Palmetto Dunes, overlooking the George Fazio golf course. It is a short drive to the beach, with lots of parking. This beautiful condo only added to a wonderful week. It exceeded our expectations. From the location, cleanliness and ease of check in and out!! It had everything we needed to make it a home away from home. Roberta the owner was fantastic. She was extremely responsive to any questions we had and provided us with so many helpful tips from restaurants, beaches and other things to enjoy!!! This is a nicely maintained, clean second floor villa with a great golf course location. Neighbors are quiet and pleasant. My wife and I are bikers, walkers, and kayakers and enjoyed nearby access to the beach (1.2mi). Palmetto Dunes is an extremely well manicured subdivision. Access to the second bedroom is via the spiral staircase which might be an issue with small kids and old or limited mobility folks. ##### allen v. The property felt safe and was just as described in the listing. It was clean and includes high quality appliances. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the deck with the nice view of the golf course . We loved this resort being so close to the pickel ball and gorgeous beaches here.
