So happy this was the home I stayed in. While staying in Harbor Town has its advantages, we absolutely loved the quiet this property provided as well as the proximity to activities. The house was immaculate! On the rainy evenings, there was still plenty to do. Plethora of games (Ping pong table), books, beach tools (caddies, chairs, towels), access to your favorite channels and nothing felt better than the hot tub after a full day of fun in the sun to relax the bones. The property sits across from the nature preserve and we saw all sorts of beautiful birds (and a gator!). Great private backyard. Unfortunately, we booked this for the hot tub which want working. The management team did send repair people who fixed it for one day and the it cooled down again.But overall highly recommend. The master bathroom is spectacular! ##### Ellen W. This was the perfect spot to spend the week with our family. The house was spacious, clean and the location was ideal. The screened in deck was perfect for lounging and simply enjoying nature at its finest. The bird and gator sightings were off the charts! From the moment we walked in, everything was clean and organized, warm and welcoming! It helped that everything was labeled in the kitchen; everything was easy to find. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen, laundry room, and garage were with things we could use, especially all the beach gear, which was in excellent condition! We had many fun meals on the screened porch, enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night, and took many bike rides around Sea Pines. Our kids loved the bedroom they shared upstairs. The tennis courts were ours alone and the swimming pool was also rarely used by others so we enjoyed both. Would return if making plans to return to hilton head... ##### shelby H. We spent allot of our time at 2 different beaches; both were a short drive. The house was nice, except the carpet can afford to be cleaned or replaced. 1 bathtub for 3 kids was a bit of a hassle at times. The water drained very slowly. I called about it, but it didn’t get taken care of. No utility sink so couldn’t wash off sandy shoes and things. We had a small issue with the hot tub and that was resolved quickly. We chose this house for our graduation gift for our triplet grandchildren...time with them. The house was spacious, clean, and designed perfectly for us. We loved all the windows and light coming in. Our favorite room was the screened in porch where we spent most of our time together. The heaters came in handy on the porch when it was chilly. Watching the wildlife in the water from the porch was peaceful and restful. During our stay, we watched movies, played games, relaxed in the hot tub, rented bikes, and went on a dolphin tour. We loved staying here, but watch out for the nosy and snooty neighbors. That was the only downside to the trip. Everything else was great, and whenever I needed to reach out to management, they answered the phone immediately...excellent customer care. There were 6 in our party and we had more than enough room. Great location, close to Beach Club, Harbor Town and Nature Preserve. Got a lot of biking in to all those locations. The house was so well equiped with everything you would need. Beautiful clean home and relaxing. We enjoyed all the little extras in the rental including snacks, a bottle of wine, coffee bar and bath soaps. We enjoyed the private hot tub and ate in the sunroom every morning. The rental is close to everything in Sea Pines and we loved the area. We also saw alligators in the canal behind the house!! There is a community pool and tennis courts too. We rented bikes to travel to the beach and trails. Communication was quick and helpful. We hope to visit again! We had a problem later one night with the shower, called the property manager and she sent a plumber over right away to fix it. The only misunderstanding we had was getting a pass to get into the community. We weren’t sure if we had to purchase one, or if there was one already waiting for us. When we arrived, there were snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The house is spacious, very clean and beautiful. Between the upstairs area for the kids and the games/tv in the garage, the kids were completely entertained on their own. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen, watching the large birds in the backyard through the large picture windows or heated screened in porch and sitting in the hot rub after dinner with a glass of wine. We also enjoyed walking the trails at the nature preserve next door and walking through the neighborhood. The neighborhood is quite and everyone is very friendly.
