This condo is under new ownership as of July 2019 and the new owners have completed several upgrades. New Plantation Shutters, Painting, Flooring, Bedding, and much more! Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool. Vacationers can rinse off under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. The listing was spot on. The unit was very clean. It had all the needed appliances. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean a lot. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was in a perfect location, very comfortable, and for the most part clean. The only problem that we had was lack of internet access in the condo. We called several times to let them know that the internet connection was not working, and they promised that someone would be there to fix it. Unfortunately they never showed up, not that it would make a difference because there was not a modem anywhere in the condo. They gave us a password for another connection somewhere in the condo area, but we could never get to any sites. I lost 10 hours of pay, and 10 hours of PTO due to not being able to get on the internet. I would still rent other condos in the building, but not this particular one. So close to the beach and very roomy. It was so nice sitting on the porch and listening to the waves and the music. It was close to many shops and restaurants. We will stay here again! Usually doesn’t happen that way but this condo did. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We were ocean front with a view of the pool. The pool was beautiful at night.
