Great location and size with an awesome ocean view. Kitchen was well stocked and the place was clean. The condo could use an overall refresh as bathrooms and furniture were showing their age. There were no hangers which would be an easy fix and the towels were thin and not very absorbant. Most outlets needed to be replaced and would habe been lovely if the windows opened. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of this condo. It's proximity to all the action at Coligny makes it really convenient. Having stayed at Ocean One several times, we are familiar with it's amenities. We were delightfully surprised to see the fire-pit patio under construction, and gratified to learn there is a plan to completely re-surface the pool and deck (much needed). The elevator was broken during our stay, so we were happy to be only on the second floor. This unit is fitted-out with everything you need, and probably the best-equipped kitchen of any vacation rental I've ever stayed in.The condo was very clean and ready for our arrival slightly early, which was an unexpected gift after long travel. Thank you for that, Seashore Vacations!!!Unfortunately, two things dampened our stay; the arrival of hurricane Ian (and potential storm-surge flooding), and the extremely uncomfortable beds. We left just before the storm hit to avoid traffic, rain, and vehicle-damaging flooding. Easy walking distance to the playground, restaurants, and grocery store. Provided information on bike rentals that were also as easy as it gets for drop off and pickup (at the central bike lock area on the property). We had an amazing vacation and will return. The only small area of that was not up to par was the cleanliness of the unit on arrival. Overall the unit was clean and in great shape. Excellent up to date renovations and functionality. However the floors were not clean (leaving our feet and socks black from dirt/grime) the rug in the living room seemed to similarly be soiled heavily from sand/dirt and the master shower has a large clump of long dark hair obstructing the drain. ##### Matthew R.
