This unit is right on the beach and it made our trip so stress free. The unit was clean and well stocked with cookware, and the host was great with all communication. The use of kitchen space was optimal. The view from the balcony was ocean view for miles. Inside condo was very clean, bed is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Condo feels very specious, perfect for couple or small family. We did not use sleeper sofa so unsure if it is comfortable. Almost too big for us. The unit we stayed in was clean,beachfront and well equipped. It was a bit dated but kitchen was one of the biggest. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Views were unbeatable, with the end unit you get a view almost every direction you look. The listing was completely accurate, and the hosts were great to work with, communication was almost instantaneous from beginning to end. This location is one of our favorites on the island, bike rentals and tennis/pickleball on site, super wide beach, very close to a lot of great restaurants and less congestion at this end of the island. Balcony view was beautiful. We didn't cook but it looked like well stocked kitchen. Beach path right outside the door. The trash dumpster was quite the distance from the unit, however the maintenance person saw us and took it for us.
