Every morning at 8 am they would start hammering and then sawing away at tile. It was so loud at times that we couldn't even carry on a conversation. We called the rental company and told them of the inconvenience, and they basically said that there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could contact the owners to see if they would give us a discount because of the inconvenience and they said that they would speak to their manager. We never heard back from them. It was very frustrating that they didn't seem to have any concern for our inconvenience. The house had a lovely sectional sofa that could easily hold our family of four (we all hung out there one morning while it rained) and the kitchen was well appointed. The bedrooms having their own baths made getting ready to go out easy and we loved our walks to Coligny Circle. The credits towards the beach equipment rental was an extra bonus. The size of the complex is perfect --not too big. The pool is great, too. The only thing missing are a few extra towel bars in the bathrooms.
