We know you will love HHBT as much as we do! Our unit is located on the top floor of Building C within the Y of the building. It provides a straight view of the ocean while you enjoy your morning coffee or cocktails from the balcony. It is an end unit with neighbors only on one side and is the closest condo to the elevator. This one-bedroom unit is perfect for couples and/or small families and has bunks in the hallway for kids next to the bedroom. HHBT has all the amenities you could ask for while vacationing. Our bedroom has a queen mattress with a 32" TV. The living area and kitchen combo is equipped with a butcher block island for eating as well as extra space for cooking and holding items for easy access. A second TV, a 50", is located in the living area. The bathroom includes a bath/shower unit for adults to relax and convenience of bathing kids. The kids love the light up shower head handle. As an added feature, we provided a fireplace with electric heat for cooler spring and fall nights, if needed. The flame without heat can also be used to provide soft ambiance. Ceiling fans are located on the balcony, living area, and in the bedroom. We offer: \-Self Check-in with Door Code \-End unit near elevator and stairs \-Free WIFI & Cable. It has a wonderful view from the balcony! Kitchen is equipped well for cooking. Nicely decorated. Mattress is comfy. Only thing I would say to change would be the commode lid - doesn’t fix - a little on the short side. Overall Excellent! Communication and checkin superb!! We brought our 3 year old daughter to the beach for the first time and this was the perfect experience for our family! The condo is beautifully decorated, supplied with all that you need, and close to the pool/beach! Tena is an excellent host! We were provided everything we needed and felt at home! This year, we had the pleasure of renting from Teena, who was so kind, informative and extremely flexible. She knew we were driving 16 hours, so she made it so we could get in a little early. Always a nice surprise. Our cozy condo was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. The kitchen is pretty compact, so sticking to quick and easy meals, worked best when we did feel like making something. We of course, find it way better to go out to eat anyways. As stated earlier, Teena was great and we personally appreciate having a kind, thoughtful host who is only a text away. Such an important part when being in an unknown space. She answered back quickly with anything I needed. Cozy and quaint is my best way to describe it. It quickly felt like home. It works out best for a couple of maybe little kids. Very well cleaned and I just love the unique touches of the beach. The fireplace came in handy one cool night. Thanks for sharing your beach therapy getaway! 💗 ##### Jen K. She kept me updated on what activities were available, a very detailed email with directions and instructions for my stay, and offered assistance for a minor issue (elevator was being repaired).
