There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis. Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day. It was very clean, comfortable and just as the pictures show. We had a fantastic time. Plenty of room for everyone, adults and young kids. The kids loved the playroom. The pool was great, after some time at the beach we all enjoyed hanging around and playing in the pool. We cooked most of our meals in and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishes, utensils and cookware we needed. A bonus for us was that everyone (12 of us) had a place to sit at a table for meals. Check in and out went well. All questions we had prior to arrival were answered quickly. It was clean and well stocked. We loved the pool & game room and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Great communication with owners/management. We want to return again soon! ##### Brooke W. The home is extremely spacious but has an intimate feel to it on the main floor. Pool is absolutely fantastic for taking a quick dip to cool off. ##### Aaron S. We had a great trip down to Hilton Head with 3 other couples and a baby. The house was in walking distance to the beach (about .3 mile) and there were paved bike paths. The house was amazing and fully stocked with what we needed. We loved relaxing in the pool each day. We even had a private chef come to the house one night for dinner! ##### Larissa L. We should get a refund as this was not a true 5 bedroom house. At the very least they should provide a clothing rack and hangars!!!
