Large Three Bedroom Villa Directly on George Fazio Championship Golf Course!

This beautifully maintained three bedroom villa offers the perfect retreat for families looking for comfort and convenience. Located on the scenic George Fazio Golf Course, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

Step inside to a freshly renovated space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. A cozy reading nook is situated just off the kitchen, creating a peaceful spot to enjoy a good book or chat. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, ideal for family meals or entertaining. The living room invites you to relax with ample seating and an HDTV, perfect for cozy evenings in. A slider opens up to your private deck, where you can enjoy stunning views of the golf course and watch golfers tee off all day long!

The villa offers three spacious bedrooms: one on the main level and two on the upper level. The main level bedroom features two twin beds, an HDTV, and easy access to a bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the second bedroom features a king bed, HDTV, and an attached bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination. The primary bedroom also boasts a king bed, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower for ultimate privacy and comfort.

For your convenience, the beach is just a short 10 to 15 minute bike ride away, or you can take advantage of the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, an on-call, seasonal shuttle service that’s free for guests. Additionally, you’ll have access to a private community pool and tennis courts.

Located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes, this villa puts you close to everything that makes this resort so special. Whether you're playing golf, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying nearby attractions, this is the perfect vacation home for your next getaway!

I live here on Hilton Head year round but only have a 2 bedroom condo. Wanting to keep everyone safe, comfortable and happy, we decided to rent a larger villa so that everyone had their own bedroom, bathroom, and we had a larger kitchen and living room area to spread out and enjoy Christmas meals and family time together. We chose 911 because of the bedroom set up as well as the porch area, which was great as we always grill out on Christmas day.. 911 Inverness the perfect!
