Great location

We stayed at this condo for a week and loved it!! It's a great size and has everything you would need. It's also in a perfect location near the beach, lots of restaurants, and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy check in check out process and good communication. Clean and ready when promised. Easy walk to beach. We loved our credit with VayK Life that helped us out with bike rentals for the family which was a HUGE hit all week with the kids. Only wish there was a bigger pool but that is not a deal breaker for us. Would stay again!

Great location but dated

Convenient location, easy parking, nice layout. WiFi didn’t work well and the place did have some cleanliness issues - but the location and convenience was great!

Summer 2023 vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The space is large and the kitchen is well equipped. The condo is stocked with beach chairs and floats. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Great Location

Location was great and Hilton Head is great. Can walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Place wasn’t as clean as I thought was expecting. Not sure if the kitchen was even swept. Place smells a little musty. Could also use some upgrading. Fridge also leaks. Overall we had a fun trip.

Great Place to Stay - Highly Recommend

Ideal location - short walk to beach, shops, restaurants, churches and more. Able to watch the HHI St Patrick's day parade also only a couple blocks away. Villa was clean, had everything we needed plus more. This is a end unit which was very quiet during our stay. We did have a couple issues with the internet connection being slow but usually resolved by resetting the router. Only real suggestion is a thoroughly cleaning of the 1st floor tiled floors more often as our socks were rather dirty at the end of the day. We will be back.

Great location, has everything you need! Had a few issues with bugs but host was very responsive. Living areas were great, but when looking in some cupboards and closets it appears that previous renters just dropped their beach gear, chairs, and spices and left. Two storage areas on first floor need emptied and cleaned out, patio furniture could be upgraded. Overall, a great week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit for a week with our 2 young adult kids and their significant others. There was plenty of space and all the accommodations we needed. We had stayed in a similar unit in previous years and it was as expected. A little older and dated but clean and well maintained. There were same issues with doors that would stay open or latch closed when needed. Unfortunately we were there during a tropical storm so we spent a mot of time in the unit. Communication from management was great and we never lost power.

Would not stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was a quick walk to the beach and Coligny activities. The house itself was dirty. The floor was so dirty that we realized it had turned the bottom of our feet black within a few minutes of unloading then removing our shoes. I don’t believe the floor has ever been mopped. The beds were all very uncomfortable. The headboards for the twin beds weren’t even attached to the bed and almost fell over onto my child. There was a foul smell in the house- maybe mildew or smoke? The only good thing about this rental was the proximity to the beach & activities. Other villas in the complex looked abandoned and run down. I wouldn’t stay at this complex again, and would think twice before renting from this company again since I assume they manage the cleanliness of the units.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental we stayed in was in a nice location and was very clean and comfortable. The only downside to the unit which I know the rental company has no control of is the next unit beside us was in very bad shape and looked abandoned other than that the pool area was great and we had a great time

Very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was cute, but it was very dirty. Coffee 5able had food on it. Shower curtains were molded. The bed linens were clean. Tried to enjoy the patio but it needed a manicure and sprayed for bugs. There were mosquitoes flying inside, we tried to find the source but couldn't so we all sat around scratching and had bites all over our bodies. I would be firing the person who is responsible for cleaning. The floors were very dirty. I've never had an experience as bad as this since staying in a nasty motel. I wouldn't recommend this place. Sorry 😟
