Quality craftmanship and sleek designs, all new furnishings, luxury plank flooring, fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, smooth top cooktop, convection oven, smart microwave, dishwasher drawer and built-in refrigerator! Custom cabinetry and granite countertops. KEURIG coffee brewer, Ninja juicer/blender and toaster. Balcony table for ocean view dining! New Serta Queen hybrid mattress, lots of closet space and dresser drawers, custom made Capiz pendant lighting, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Additionally, there was no mattress pad, just sheets on the bare mattress (which I didn’t care for in a rental unit). There are plenty of great dining and shopping options within walking distance! The location was incredible! Easy beach access and a very short walk to restaurants and shops (even shorter if you use the fun bikes that are included which I highly recommend). Property manager was incredibly responsive and left a welcome gift which was a lovely touch. I also enjoyed the books with notes from previous guests and took some of their recommendations.
