Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.  
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.  
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.   
  
Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.   
  
Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day.  
Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island's longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town.  
  
Included supplies:Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.  
  
CANCELLATION POLICY  
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.   
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.  
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest.

Elevator: The residential elevators in our vacation homes are intended solely for use by individuals with disabilities. To ensure the safety of all guests, these elevators should not be used by children or for recreational purposes.

While we strive to keep our elevators in working condition, we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any defects will be corrected promptly. Mechanical issues may arise that are beyond our control, and repairs can only be performed by specialized vendors.  
In the event that the elevator is not operational during your stay, please understand that no compensation will be provided. Additionally, the presence of elevators in our homes does not alter the pricing; guests will not pay extra for this feature, and therefore, no discounts or compensation will be offered for a non-working elevator.

#### HH Family Vacation

The house was excellent for 6 adults and seven children Well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and grilling out. Table and bar area accommodated everyone. Elevator and kids room were great!! Pool was a little smaller than expected but after a day at the beach the covered pool was a welcomed relief. Would rate the house as one of the best we have stayed in.

#### Great place for multifamily vacation

We were 10 adults and 9 kids and this was perfect. Just 10 min walk to the beach (we rented a golf cart that sat 6 and shuttled people and stuff sometimes). Shaded pool which was key in the sunny hot weather.

18 of us so we needed plenty of room and this place had it. Nice pool and walking distance to beach . Nice screen porch with paddle fans. Great time had by all .

#### Beautiful home with pool walk to beach

Everything was clean and well-organized, with lots of special touches. Each room decorated with nice beach themes. Fully stocked kitchen including baby/kid items. Very clear, easy check-in/check out instructions and very responsive sending maintenance over when we had a question regarding the pool. We definitely plan to stay here again!

This is a great property that is clean, well-stocked and well-managed. I received replies to my questions/inquiries within minutes. It was perfect for our party of 13\. The pool is also clean and there are a lot of beach accessories. You can tell the owner's have put a lot of attention to detail in the house. And the beds are comfortable!

#### Great house, short walk to the beach.

We had a really nice stay, with 12 people ranging from 11 to 80 years in age. The house is set up to accommodate even more, but I feel or group was just the right size The walk to the beach is easy, ten minutes max. The only thing I'd recommend is too bring your own umbrella or canopy, as the umbrella they provide is really skimpy. Everything else was just as it should be.

#### Awesome Fall Break at Sandcastle!

We loved our time at this property! Little did we know that this gated-neighborhood had been built not long ago close by where we stayed at the Resort many years ago! The proximity to the beach (1/2 mile from driveway to boardwalk) and the included heated pool gave us water options that we needed considering fall temperatures! The home was practically brand new, very clean and well-appointed exactly as it is pictured! We enjoyed relaxing on the many balconies and outdoor area by the pool. The beds and showers were all comfortable as well. We only had one small issue on the property and it was addressed and fixed very quickly! We enjoyed many restaurants and mini golf that were all close by. We would definitely stay here again!

#### Beautiful House with lots of space.

The house was beautifully very modern and sleek looking. It had everything we needed and more. The pool was heated which was so great for March and the TV outside was also a great feature. It’s about a 10 min walk from the beach and close enough to restaurants and the grocery store. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with questions. The house even had everything we needed for a day at the beach which was nice we didn’t have to bring any of that wit my us. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would say is that it’s a newer neighborhood so many home are still in construction including the one right next to ours.

#### 50th Anniversary Family Celebration

A lovely, roomy, well equipped house for our 3 families of 6 adults and 4 children ages 17 months to 8 years. A short 10 min easy and safe walk to the beach. A wonderful surprise was being literally a 1 minute walk to Adventure Cove putt putt! The Xplorie benefits were appreciated for golf and Adventure Cove putt putt. The best feature of this home for our family was the covered pool. The children played in the pool for hours, falling asleep each night exhausted! The ping pong table was also lots of fun. We cooked in every night except one and found the kitchen to be well organized and equipped, and plenty of seating for dining. The dish washer broke on day 6 and property management dispatched repair person quickly. I really liked the use of e-tablet to access property information and to communicate with property manager. All questions were responded to quickly. Thank you!

#### Great week!

Our family of 14, ages 9-76, enjoyed this home! Younger children would do well here, as well. Plenty of space to spread out or gather. Ping pong table and beach accessories came in handy.amd were well stocked. Pool was covered, as described, but nice. House came with some perks like one free bike rental for the week, which we took advantage of, a welcome package of snacks and drinks, and plenty of beach and bath towels. Property manager was very helpful when we needed her for small questions. We were concerned about shared bathrooms instead of en suite before arrival, but it worked perfectly. It is not a long walk to Folly Field Beach, but in the heat of a summer afternoon with gear and coolers, people weren't super excited to make it. We did rent a street legal golf cart from a local company, so that paired with the bike made it nicer to manage, for sure. The beach was very much crowded on the weekend days of our stay. This property was beautiful, clean and well appointed!
