It's just a short walk across the parking lot and dunes to Coligny Beach. The unit itself is a one-bedroom, but it still feels spacious. Mark keeps it very clean and comfortable. Parking is a bit tight on busy weeks (we were there for 4th of July week) but for the most part it's not an issue. There were issues with internet access, but presumably those were addressed after we reported it upon leaving. The light was out in the entry hall; the ceiling fans and lights in the living room was not operational and not corrected during our visit; the light over the kitchen sink was dim and not corrected; several vertical blinds were missing, which comprised privacy and the bathroom lavatory was partially clogged. Perfect little place for two. Has everything you would need and is in a great location. Only steps away from the beach, and a couple blocks away from lots of restaurants and shopping!
