This is our new favorite property given how large the kitchen-living-dining space was and the location of it. \*\*\*TOP NOTCH\*\*\* Very clean, huge pantry, well-stocked kitchen, extra storage area in entry way w/ beach chairs & toys + lots of very comfortable seating in the beautiful, fully-renovated unit! \*\*\*PARKING\*\*\* We never had a problem finding a covered parking spot right under the condo and then it was just a small walk up directly to the unit. No waiting for the elevator! \*\*\*LOCATION\*\*\* You're on the 1st floor, but up high enough that you're still above the pools and hot tubs giving you excellent views of them and the ocean. The beach is beautiful, can catch the sunrise from the bedroom balcony and it seemed to be the most convenient location to get between condo, beach and pool with ease. There are 2 short flights of stairs to get to pool/beach/parking lot, which we always used and never needed an elevator. Traveled with 2 small kids and loads of gear!! This condo was beautifully decorated, close to the beach and pool. Positives were the quick response from the owner to our needs, condo cleanliness and comfort, lovely setting. Negatives were the beds were very hard and the unit is close to the stairs which made it very noisy being on the first floor. We also heard more partying noise being closer to the fire pit area and hot tub. ##### Kelly C. The furnishings are lovely and the owners have essentially forgotten nothing to make the visit seamless and fun. My family (3 generations) felt like it was perfect for each person. The views are wonderful and the proximity to both beach and pool facilitated changing locales on a whim! I'd worried that it might be noisy but was quiet when the doors were closed. There was an occasional noise from the unit above but not disturbing. We would (and hope to) stay there again in a heartbeat! ##### Jan S. If you want a short walk to the boardwalk, this is your place. This is an A+ property all the way around. Very clean. We did a small amount of cooking. It seems like the kitchen is always missing something when you rent a place. Not this place. It had everything. The washer and drier were nice. Maybe a minor thing, but we used them a lot and we have rented places that did not have the best W&D. Anyway... I hate to leave on a negative note. This is not really a negative. I mean, if you're watching TV while you're on vacation at HH, something is wrong, but... The TV setup in the main room is so complicated. A basic smart TV would solve everything as far as I can tell. I will leave it at that. This is VERY MINOR. The place is fantastic ##### Jeff M. Without a doubt, the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. The listing and pictures are an accurate reflection of the property, but cannot do justice to the comfort, ocean views, and beach access that you’ll get with 1106 Villamare. The unit is impeccably clean and well maintained. It comes equipped with all the supplies you’ll probably need. There are several beach toys and chairs, the kitchen is well stocked, and there are plenty of games, puzzles, and books if you need some downtime from the beach. The pool and community grills are just steps away, but amazingly we never heard any noise from either one. Stephen provided all necessary information and was extremely responsive when we had questions. This was our first time to Hilton Head and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations! Everything was clean, family friendly and spacious. Not only did we have easy access to the beach, but we were also able to enjoy the pool in the afternoon. The patio looked out onto the beach and onto the pool, which was something we all really enjoyed. The in-unit washer and dryer was key. We would highly recommend this place! ##### Audrey O.
