Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Perfect for a large family gathering. Within walking distance to the beach and bike paths. The aesthetics were beautiful. All the furnishings you would ever require. Lots of room for large family, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, shaded pool but also sun lounging. Short walk to the beach. Easy check in and out process. It’s absolutely gorgeous! 3 families under one roof here for the weekend for a baseball tourney weekend. No complaints at all! We love the location! Great sheets and very comfortable beds. It was nice to have the shaded pool. Only negative was the seating in the living room is not comfortable. It is time to replace the sofa. ##### Shelley H. A good fit for our large crowd. The communal space was perfect for the entire family to eat and socialize and the large bedroom was great for all the kids to sleep and hang out. The pool was a big plus. We got more swimming in before and after the beach. A beautifully appointed house. Everything is new and clean. I loved my my stay master bedroom and bathroom— it was luxurious. The beds are comfortable. (Suggestion: more silverware would be great! Family had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. The only issue was the internet was not strrong enough and we experienced too many interruptions (buffering and timeing out) which was very annoying when trying to watch TV. ##### Clifton W. We really appreciated the space including 4 rooms for all the adults with a space for all the kids on the top floor. It was an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we would need. The furniture was comfortable. The AC had stopped working but we were able to get in contact with the host right away and someone was sent to us very quickly to fix it. The covered, heated pool was the highlight for all as the weather was iffy for much of our stay! We would stay again and again! Thank you! ##### Rebecca S. The decor, space and location were great! We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head to celebrate our friends 56th birthday. This was a perfect house for families. The beach was a short walk (they had two carts for all the stuff), and the pool under the house was a daily event for us. Nice and shaded! This house was perfect for our families to spend quality time together, yet ample space for all to spread out. Bedrooms were nice, kitchen was well equipped, the elevator was super-convenient, nice semi-covered outdoor space/ pool with tv and grill, a ping-pong table and the short walk to the beach PERFECT. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. The mattresses were so comfortable that I’m sending an email requesting the brand and will be replacing mine at home 😄 the location is a private gated road and felt super safe. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location was an easy walk to Folly Field Beach. We had one minor hiccup with the pool during our stay (cloudy water). We were able to notify the management group of the issue via the kiosk / tablet. They were very responsive and a person came in the morning to take care of the issue. ##### Michael B. Management did try to fix items in a timely manner. 1\. Grill very dirty unusable. Fixed the second day 2 master toilet flapper broken. Fixed after 3 days 3\. Pool heater didn’t work. Fixed 5 day 4\. Never let use know closest beach, Foley Beach, was closed. Last day there brought us passes to go to another beach that was close. Had to travel by car all week to get to a beach. ##### Margaret S N.
