This is a brand new home located centrally within Hilton Head Island. House is very clean and well laid out. We were a party of 10 and there was plenty of room for everybody. Bonus room is a great space for teens. This is a new neighborhood so there is construction that starts early in the am but once the other homes are built it will be great.
