Our newly-renovated condo is the perfect location.....just steps to the beach! In addition, our private deck overlooks one of two community pools just steps from our back door. All the conveniences of the Coligny area, including restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery stores only a short walk away. We have equipped our condo with everything our guests need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked if you would like to cook at home, and we have an array of recommendations if you’re looking to eat out. There are smart TVs in both the living area and the bedroom (cable in living room). The bedroom features a queen-size bed. There is also a brand new leather recliner sofa in the living room. The remodeled bathroom is equipped with a newly tiled shower. We have left our villa supplied like we would want it, including two chairs and an umbrella for the beach. While we love our fur-babies, sadly they are not allowed in Seascape. Also, absolutely NO SMOKING in condo......thank you! The condo was a perfect fit! It was clean, comfortable and close to the beach! The proximity to the beach was ideal for us to go on our morning run. The courtyard was peaceful and has several bridges, fountains and wildlife. We even saw a deer on our walk home.To top it all off the service and communication from Lynn was top notch.
