It is just steps away to the white sandy shore at Coligny Beach. You are walking distance to Lowcountry celebration park, bike rentals, restaurants, and more! It has multiple master bedrooms, each with a separate entrance (yes 2 lock outs)! This condo is the perfect place for your island getaway. THE PROPERTY Inside our 2BR / 3 full bath villa, you will be able to enjoy a cozy master bedroom with a king bed, and private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom is just as cozy with a queen bed, private bath, plus a private outdoor entry. The living room sofa has a pullout bed for 2 additional guests. Enjoy the recently updated kitchen with beautiful stainless steel appliances. The dining area looks out over the beautiful back patio where you are steps away from the community pool (which is open April 01 - Oct31). You will also be able to enjoy several modern conveniences, including Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV’s and cable . THE LOCATION You will absolutely love the location of our villa – right in the center of Hilton Head’s favorite beach area! Coligny beach, the many shops of Coligny Plaza, grocery stores and some great restaurants are all within walking distance. Coligny beach park offers outdoor showers, changing rooms, and several lounging options – the perfect amenities that elevate a day of sand-filled fun! When you get hungry, simply roam through Coligny Plaza, directly across the street from the beach. You will find an abundance of restaurants such as Crave by Daniel's, The Porch Southern Kitchen and Bar, and Big Bamboo Cafe. Also in the plaza are various shops, a movie theater, and bike rental stores! The long-awaited Lowcounry Celebration Park is now open! Just steps away from Beach Arbor Condos the gorgeous new park has a wonderful playground for young children as well as a large field for kids to run and play. The park will also host several concerts and festivals – starting in the summer of 2021. THE BEACH Walking to the beach is just a short walk (approx. 5 min.) down the street and across South Forest Beach drive. Coligny Beach Park is just a couple of minutes further walk and has clean restrooms and bike racks if you chose to ride your bike. We provide 3 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach wagon for your use. We also provide several beach towels you are free to use but ask that you wash/dry them before your departure as the cleaning service does not include beach towels. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT POLICY On your scheduled day of arrival, you may check-in any time after 4:00 p.m. On your scheduled date of departure, check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Please make sure the dates on your confirmation are correct. To allow adequate time to prepare the property for the next guest, late check-outs are generally not permitted. Should you arrive early on your scheduled arrival date, you might want to enjoy the beach or walk around Coligny Plaza. My two teen daughters and I take a yearly summer beach trip, and after last year, we knew where we were going to stay. The apartment is built in such a way that you can sleep in the main bedroom and have a game going in the living room. It's wonderful. The location is also great for hopping in the car and parking super close to the beach. You could walk, but there's no need (especially when it's July southern heat). Kitchen is great. Everything was laid out clearly, both electronically and in the binder, upon arrival. He also addressed some cleanliness issues we encountered upon arrival. While the villa wasn’t terribly unclean, it did require some cleaning (and deep cleaning of the washing machine) on our part, in order for it to meet our family’s cleanliness standards. I brought the issues to Tom’s attention and he offered a complimentary clean, which I declined because I had already done much of what needed cleaning up. However, he gave me a $100 Vrbo credit as compensation, which I believed was fair. We had a BLAST at the nearby beach and loved the fact that the living room could be partitioned off! Our 4 year old loved bubble baths in the jacuzzi tub & we took advantage of the complimentary golf cart rides to the beach, due to a recent surgery from which I was still recovering. Kitchen appliances and utensils, plates, and spoons were great. Blender and toaster served us well! Our patio area was perfect; we enjoyed many a popsicle with our 4YO out there, after the beach. We wish there was a better way to get the sand off our bodies before entering our he villa and the clothing dryer was very loud (Tom assured us it was nothing to worry about.) The beach towels were lifesavers! Thanks for sharing your space with us. Aside from the cleanliness issues, which were promptly addressed, it was a slam dunk of a vacation destination! ##### Jenna S. Had a great long weekend at Tom’s place. The unit was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location of the unit is also fantastic. Very close to the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants available nearby. Tom is very responsive and was an excellent host. ##### Cole H. Access to everything you could want. My family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect for us. Close to the beaches on foot and any entertainment you are looking for. It included everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We will definitely be staying here again on our next vacation to Hilton Head! ##### Derek S.
