  • You found a wonderful condo!! This has such a great view, comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes and beach equipment! The condo is a 1 bedroom with open concept. It has been updated with very high end finishes and is extremely clean! Repainted in 2026! It has everything you need for your stay! Just bring some beach towels and some groceries and you are set! The condo complex is ocean front and you are only a 1 minute walk to the beach. The complex offers a wonderful private pool area, an elevator, luggage carts, a beautiful cook out area with grills and tables! Every floor has it's own coin operated laundry for your use. You just can't go wrong with the condo or the complex! Is close to everything in Coligny, the beach, bike paths, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment and the near Celebration Park! The Town of Hilton Head Short Term Rental Permit # is 071648
