About this property

5th Villa to Beach Remodeled for 2021- Steps to Open Beach SLEEPS 6

  • This condo was renovated with new kitchen cabinets, crown moulding, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, high quality sleeper /sofa (queen)in the living room, porcelain tile floor in winter 2020. The condo is conveniently located on the first floor and just steps away from the beach (the 5th villa from the beach) -- 3 minutes and you are on the sand!. For your added enjoyment we have installed ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room as well as a flat panel tvs /cable access in both rooms. Free Wireless Internet Access Provided.
    There is a small deck to relax on outside the villa and listen to the ocean waves and feel the ocean breeze. The deck faces Admirals Row (very quiet). The resort has the Island's largest oceanfront pool. There is also a Tiki bar there to relax and have a drink while listening to Island Music (In Season)

    The resort also features an exercise center, full service Sports Bar / Restaurant, a store, TEN tennis courts, shuffleboard, a playground, and daily activities for the children (in season. There is also a bike rental company onsite if you want to take advantage of Hilton Heads wonderful bike trails.
