Location was convenient to get places. The following are not necessarily negatives but provided as Information for future guests. You could tell the place had not been stayed in for a while because it was very dusty in there everywhere. The parking is extremely tight with our four big SUVs. The dunes are very high to get over and down for some of our family to access the beach, Also most of the window coverings in the bedrooms were completely sheer, and some of them were just paper shades. Coffee mugs in cupboard no where near coffee pot. Silverwear drawer in major traffic area. It all worked but needs some organizing or cabinets in cupboards. No basic stocked items like salt, pepper?? The house was great for a large family of seniors, adults, teens and small kids. Lots of common area spaces to spread out. The only issue we had was the bedroom off the tv room/kitchen was very hot. Location was great. The house is definitely in need of a refresh. Lots of outside peeling paint, inside walls could use a fresh coat of paint, appliances not working (ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine) mattresses need to be replaced, stereo speakers not always working Kitchen amenities were plentiful. The views were spectacular. Everything was very clean and the property managers were very responsive when we accidentally locked up the elevator.
