This 2 bedroom Palmetto Dunes ocean view condo is beautifully decorated and located on the 4th floor. The spacious living are has tiled floors and plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is a large flat panel television, a loveseat, couch and two arm chairs. A large window offers a great view of the Atlantic and the sliding glass doors lead to the balcony area with 4 chairs and a small table.

There is also a dining table with seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen has all updated stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tile floors. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat panel TV, DVD player and great ocean views. A private bath offers a large walk-in shower, granite countertops and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features 2 double beds, flat panel TV, and a private bath with a jetted tub/ shower combination and granite countertops.

The Hampton Place Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, BBQ area, children’s pool, gazebo and deck, restrooms, and showers. There is also an elevator and covered parking.
