The only negatives were parking garage is not exactly designed for larger SUVs so parking was often challenging and the elevator closest to this condo was out of order but that’s ok. Kitchen had everything we needed. Short walk from the unit to the beach with the softest sand! So many paved paths to walk and bike on. Our only complaint was the pool and hot tub were dug up (to be replaced). We were not told the pool and hot tub would be out of commission- we chose this building because of the beautiful pool. Attentive property owners who we had to call about the AC unit stopping late one HOT early evening and they had maintenance out to repair it within the hour (amazing - thank you!) for a simple repair issue. Grocery and restaurants nearby, very safe and well maintained; we used the public grills several times and enjoyed our time in this comfy condo. Renting bicycles and beach stuff was a plus as well. Disappointed that the listed pull out bed was actually IN the second bedroom. Would be fine if 2 adults with kids were sharing this room, but not appropriate for 4 adults. Also, this bedroom had the smaller bathroom, so way too crowded. Balcony furniture was great but this area was very small. Kitchen was also very tight and much of the furniture appeared old.
