The villa was superb. It is perhaps the most spacious villa we have ever stayed in. The view from our balcony was fabulous. A great view of the marsh and we were regularly treated to all kinds of wildlife (deer, raccoon, many bird varieties). The villa had everything we could possibly need. VERY dangerous for young children. It has stair openings too big for safety and a “window” in the master bedroom, looking down to the tv room. Accident waiting to happen for a young child. The pool was very nice. The location was perfect for us. Enjoyed walking down to Harbor Town to see the beautiful sunsets. Of course had to have an ice cream. We have two children ages 10 and 8\. The bedroom with the twin beds was perfect for them. We love to stay in Sea Pines when we come to Hilton Head Island and this rental property is in a great location. It is close to the grocery store Harris Teeter and restaurants like Marleys (which is my favorite!). A five minute walk was all it took to get to Harbortown where we enjoyed eating ice cream and letting the kids play at the playground.
