This unit is in a great location for those that want to be in the middle of lots of activity. It is just steps to the beach! We were disappointed in the listing photos vs the actual unit, including the shared spaces like the pool. The unit could use a refresh - paint, clean baseboards, etc and it could’ve been cleanser upon checkin. The bathroom had a lot of hairs on the floor when we arrived. We had to buy extra pillows and blankets, as there were not enough for four of us. SeaCrest itself could use some TLC, including the pool and common areas. The location was great, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants The bed was not comfortable for us; woke up with sore backs. Everyone likes different firmness of mattresses so it is not a show stopper. The balcony is quite small and only one person can look at the ocean. We were very happy with it and the location was awesome. We were across the street from shops, restaurants, grocery store, everything you needed was within steps of the condo. And Vacation Company was super to deal with. They answered any and all questions we had. The cleaning service was especially nice and helpful. We would have liked to have the free tennis at Shipyard that some of the other Seacrest condos have offered when we stayed in them. The location is perfect for the beach and for Coligny Plaza.
