The new owner has updated the unit very nicely, and the building has recently been painted and looks great. In October the nights are cool and you can leave the windows open to enjoy the sound of the surf. As a second floor unit on a corner, it’s bright and the perfect height to look out towards the ocean. Location and view are 2 of the best things about this condo. We’ll be back again in the future. Unlike some other VRBO’s, this unit is ‘clean’ - as in no spices, no condiments, nothing left from previous visitors. This is no problem, but be aware if you frequently rent other units that come with perishables. On the flip side, this unit is very well equipped with utensils, plates, glass ware etc. The dish washer is whisper quiet. Full size washer/dryer works great. The location on the second floor still gave us a good view of the beach. We play tennis, a lot, so the proximity to the South Beach tennis facility is one of the main reasons we stay in this vicinity.
