Size and layout of house were very accommodating for our two families. Pool, deck and patio are great. Beautiful surroundings in the back yard. The interior of the place is dated- furniture, fixtures, finishes. Kitchen needs an upgrade, including the dishwasher and better pots and pans and utensils to cook with. Finishes are builder grade and dated - I expected better at a HH house. One of the back bedrooms had a musty smell. But overall, you can't beat the location and size of the house.
