About this property

Welcome to the Franconian Lake District - the triathlon stronghold

  • A recently renovated, high-quality attic apartment near the historic old town and Hilpoltstein Castle. The city park, castle, old town, lake, supermarkets, and restaurants are all in the immediate vicinity.

    We’re just a few minutes’ walk from the spectacle of the world-famous “Solarer Berg”—a legend among triathletes and fans alike, it’s the highlight of every Challenge Roth, which has been named “Race of the Year” several times in a row and counts as an official qualifying race for Ironman Hawaii.

    Just a few hundred metres away, the Way of St. James passes right by us.

    The Nuremberg Exhibition Centre can be reached in 20 minutes by car or via public transport.

    The holiday rental is cosy yet spacious and bright. We’re located near the A9, with Nuremberg just 20 minutes away.

    Our cosy apartment is perfect for couples, solo travellers, business travellers, and families. We offer our guests a nice welcome package with coffee, tea, and cookies.
