Fabulous location right next to the ferry to Manhattan for a quick jump over to the Financial District. Nice area to wander around and grab a bite to eat. Views are insane. We went to the rooftop restaurant for the skyline views. Food was decent but atmosphere was the showstopper. Would stay again.

"The whole property just smells of really intense urine. It’s so bad that it made me feel sick. They do not clean the puddles or urine outside the hotel so you can actually smell when you are getting close to the hotel when you are walking outside.
