If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- This home features a loft with a queen-sized bed. \- The outdoor cushions seen in the photos are currently unavailable. \- This home is located in the Berkshires, so you may encounter wildlife such as bugs and insects. \- The driveway requires AWD or 4WD, as it can be steep and challenging to navigate. Guests should exercise caution, especially in adverse weather conditions. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Additionally after making clear my intent to cook an ornate TGiving dinner I was NEVER alerted to the fact that there is NO VENTILATION over the stove in the kitchen.
