"Room was fine some carpet stains they could vacuum hallways and clean stains more. Landscaping let go. Signs and entrance can easily be missed and there is only one. My room key got demagnetized twice staff took care of it just annoying as ive never had that happen anywhere before."

"This was our first visit to the Drury , but , now this will be my go to hotel no matter where I travel. At check in ,the staff member, I can’t remember his name, ugh, but he was so nice, and personable.. it was a breeze.,oh I have to say free WI-FI before I forget, he told us there is free breakfast and dinner, also complimentary alcoholic drinks with dinner, and the soda fountain Was available for free 24/7. The room was, very clean and the beds were very comfortable , we had a good night sleep. There was an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and exercise room, we swam, the pool was clean , not ice cold and chemicals were well maintained. The breakfast was not just continental , it offered so many hot choices, eggs,sausage, potatoes, waffles, biscuits and gravy..and so many cold options as well, everything was fresh,hot and always full. Dinner was so nice because we were traveling with our 1&5 yr old grandchildren, they offered pulled pork, baked potatoes, chili, hot dogs, nacho bar, coleslaw , salad and several other options. The staff member made a point of walking around to each table, asking how everything was and if we needed anything. Thank you to the staff at the Mason Oh, Drury ..we will definitely see you again"

"My room was clean and very comfortable. A/C was silent, just the way I like it! The check in was easy, and the clerk was very friendly and helpful, too. I will plan to stay here again next year when I come back to Ohio, for sure!"

"We enjoyed our stay here the room was clean. I enjoyed having a smart TV and not needing to hook up a fire stick to the TV. Breakfast was nice the kids enjoyed the freshly made pancake with tons of toppings. The heating and cooling was controlled by a wall thermostat which was nice coming im from Kimgs Island to a nice temperature room. I absolutely adores the lemon scented body wash and hand lotion. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Room was very clean, staff was very friendly and restaurant on site was great! Food was very good and prices reasonable and nice breakfast buffet for breakfast! Yes the building may be older but it was a great place to stay."

"Pros: Affordability, amenities, breakfast, and most importantly the room. The room was clean and also had a smart TV which was a huge plus. Cons: The only two complaints I have are: 1. The market on the property accepted only cash payment and minimum $10 purchase policy. 2. Shiv seems like a very nice guy but had a rough time with some customers that reflected on my experience."
