Night before Heathrow flight
Basic but comfortable small hotel. Very convenient for Heathrow. The staff ere very friendly and helpful and the room had a 12 mid-day check out time which was very helpful as I had an early evening flight. The bar downstairs offers light meals and snacks, including a range of very tasty Lebanese dishes. Comfortable room and surprisingly quite for a hotel on a main road.

Booked here as this was a last minute booking. The price was quite good but the rooms were badly maintained. We had two rooms both has cracked floor tiles, cracked shower trays, laminated flooring parting, a hairdryer that wasn’t working, plug sockets hanging off the wall and showing wires, alongside TVs held on mounts with one bolt, there was no soap in the bathrooms and no towels. And the safes aren’t useable as the fascia has come away. The beds are also quite hard I didn’t find this a big problem being an easy and heavy sleeper myself but my partner slept very little. Very unlikely to return unless renovations happened. Seems to be a hotel that was once very good but has just not been maintained. Luckily we used our rooms mainly to store our belongings and a bed.

The hotel is very tired. The room was very small and exceptionally hot. When the window was opened, thd outside noise was awful until the early hours. We booked 2 night but left in the morning after the first night, never to return

Terrible room, sockets loose, cupboard door clashes with door closer, bathroom door clashes with table chair no where else for it to go, broken tiles ols needs complete revamp. 22.50pm that night workers outside my window cutting pipes with a GRINDER!! Then banging away till 1am in the morning. No one said a word and at £70 for the night!!

Staff very helpful and fiendly, tired furniture, dirty tv remotes, only screws in the bathroom where I assume a mirror used to be, no mirror at all in the room. For one night, considering the on-site free parking, had there been a mirror and clean remotes, reasonable value.

Booked a room here at short notice. On arrival i was checked in very quickly and given the key to a room. Once in the room i found it to be very bare, no toilet roll in bathroom, no hangers in wardrobe and no milk or suger to go with the one sachet of tea and coffe. I was was kept awake nearly all night by a couple in the roo. Next door who were talking, listening to music and making love most of the night, even at 4 in the morning. I gave up and checked out at 6. 😡

Enjoyed the beer and food. The room is little awkward as it is small, no window and minor leak under the sink. It’s close to the common rest room so definitely not a quiet room. For the price, it’s fair.

Cheap and easy access to m4
Not the ritz but cheap room for a night close to where we needed to be. Very nice bar With a shesha area (didn’t use I’m a non smoker). Rooms are small and basic our room was ok but another member of our party had a downstairs room which was a bit grotty, and he mentioned the sheets were not fresh. However our room was ok for the price, you get what you pay for. Free parking was a bonus.

Worst hotel in Hayes
Arrived in the evening. The hotel looks a mess. Dirty walls, holes in the carpet everywhere. I don’t understand how you could have this hotel on your site. An absolute disgrace. We were shown a terrible room.. small with a broken third bed. I complained was shown another room, not much better. We left and booked a room at another hotel. The booking was not refundable, but we could not have stayed there for the night. Send your inspectors to look at it!

Not a Hotel- more like a hostel
I’m am firstly absolutely disgusted with Hotels.com and I allowed myself to trust your company. I booked a hotel through you in good faith and trust. We stayed at Heathrow Inn (Hayes) this hotel was disgusting filthy and smelt awful. The rooms were dated and the decor was disgusting. Noisy hotel, dirty bedding and broken shower. Not a hotel where I would want to spend my wife’s 40th Birthday. I was so upset. Staff not at all interested in any feedback- I would like someone from hotels.com to call me ASAP to discuss as I paid hard earn money for a disgusting stay

Oh the lovely Ana! She had no idea what customer service was. The pictures don’t match the atmosphere. Save yourself the trouble find anywhere else but here.

A shisha bar with rooms. Not an inn.
This place runs a shisha bar. Our room was behind the shisha bar, so had to go past the kitchen staff to get to the room. Very very dirty carpets in the passage way. Room was adequate and bed linen clean, but quite run down, and chair provided was terribly stained. I would not sit on it. It had to do for the night, but would not go again.

Book if you want cheap and dirty.
The hotel communal areas were very dirty with stains everywhere. The room was clean, or at least it smell clean (over powering bleach smell). The check in simple, however the "grunt" on check out was less that professional and I did not do breakfast, not worth the risk.... The hotel feels like a brothel!!! On the up-side, the bed was comfy. :-)

The property was not in great condition for a 3 star hotel. We were a little surprised. The lift wasn't working so we had to carry our luggage up a narrow flight of stairs which was extremely difficult with large luggage bags. The room was clean, but very small and nowhere to put our luggage. The bathroom was slanted on the back side making it hard to get dressed or shower without hitting our heads on the ceiling. The room did not have air conditioning which made it hot at night for sleeping. The curtain on the window was made of cotton fabric and not lined so the early morning sun was shining brightly into the room making it difficult to sleep.
