"I loved the location of the Palmer Gulch Lodge. Closed to all the sights we came to see. Beautiful location and the property offered everything we needed - plus! Outdoor pool, pickleball court, dining, specialty stores- ice cream, pizza, fudge, wine/ coffee shop and a singer in the evenings. Plus horseback riding and lessons for the kids. "We enjoyed having several bedrooms and bathrooms. We would have liked a few more large bowls and pots for cooking since our group likes to cook most of our meals when staying somewhere. We had roughly 10 people there and it was difficult to get everyone around one table. Enjoyed the hottub and the outdoor space a lot. The internet was more than enough, it roughly 100 mbps download for reference. A plus for most of us was the lack of cell service, so we could disconnect and enjoy our time. "

"We planned on having our one year olds bday party but he didn’t get out of the hospital till today which still very grateful for so we had to switch it up and just have family stay so we don’t waste the rental. Very nice place and location!! Loved the size of the cabin, perfect for big families. "

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Chuck’s homes in this neighborhood in Hill City and it was terrific! This is a beautiful new home in a very nice and new neighborhood with a great view from the front patio.
