The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests, however the annex and garage is off limits and occasionally Granny might be using the annex when not away. Granny will fully respect guests privacy in any case. • The property is strictly no smoking. • Pets allowed, but please keep downstairs and off the soft furnishings. • A travel cot and high chair are available at the property. • The annexe or garage is not included in this listing. • The property has strict no party policy.
