Our room didn't have toilet paper or towels, you could not adjust the air conditioning unit, the shower head was partially broken and spraying sideways, and the hot and cold water were switched directionally in the shower. The hotel was generally shabby. But the staff were nice and helpful.

Room was clean. Shower was a little worn and didn’t drain well. Breakfast went til 10 but at 9:15, there wasn’t much left and the breakfast room was messy. But the hotel staff was nice and was able to get us into a room early so we could get settled before an event. Beds were comfy and ac was ...
