About this property

Perfect family sized lakefront home! Enjoy Greer’s Ferry lake from the backyard.

  • Walk out the back door straight to the waters edge. Enjoy the view, sit on the deck, go fishing from the bank, swim, rent jet skis or a barge from Lacey's marina two minutes away and just relax and enjoy Greer’s Ferry lake! Located at the end of a quiet neighborhood, There is a Dollar General located very nearby as well as nice restaurants. Two bedrooms downstairs with king size beds and a large bathroom with shower/tub combo, this bath also has a washer and dryer located in it. The master bedroom has a door directly into the bath. Sleeper sofa in living room (queen). Upstairs has an additional common seating area and two bedrooms, one has two twin size beds and one has a queen. There are two bathrooms
    upstairs both have showers in them. There is access to the upstairs deck from the seating area upstairs . Kitchen is fully stocked and the dining table seats eight, with three additional seats at the bar. Plenty of parking and room for a boat or water toys.
