"My Family and I got in pretty late, but they made accommodations for us. The host was very communicative before during and after. If this is a location you’re considering, I would say go for it. This place has lots of hangout spots; couches, hammocks outdoor furniture upstairs. if you are visiting during very warm weather, the pool comes in very handy. Everything is very walkable. Cons: mosquitoes (more to do with weather and location). Outside is very well lit, but most of the street is very dark. This could make people very hesitant but we found the area safe."
