This was a very nice hotel to stay. The staff were great, the rooms were clean and it was centrally located to everything.

Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

If that's possible. The view from our chalet was stunning. The management and team went out of their way to make ..."

"I had a wonderful stay and honestly the staff could not have been more helpful. I felt incredibly spoiled and well looked after. The spa, gym and yoga were all enjoyable and the restaurants and breakfast options were also great. Can’t recommend it enough if you want a nice relaxing few days away ..."
