Mountain Views, Pool, Hot Tub, Fishing, Tubing, Fire Pit, WIFI This lovely riverfront cabin is located along the Hiwassee River. Built in 2006, this cabin has nearly 2,000 sq. ft. of living space. The cabin was remolded in June of 2022 with all NEW furniture and appliances! There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located downstairs and features a NEW king-sized bed. The master bath is adjacent and includes a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The two upstairs bedrooms are both furnished with two NEW queen beds in each room. The second full bathroom is also located upstairs. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with TVs with internet capability. Netflix and YouTube TV are provided. The cabin is equipped with a main-level laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with NEW appliances for cooking, and there is a large dining room table for family meals. The open concept living room includes a fireplace. The true gem of this cabin is the rear covered porch with rocking chairs, TV, and a hot tub for relaxing with a cup of coffee or enjoying a beautiful sunset. A charcoal grill is also available. Walk down to the river to go tubing, trout fishing, or build a campfire. There are two automatic fish feeders on the property so, trout are always nearby. Trout are also stocked just up the river making this a prime fishing spot. If you just want to cool off, enjoy our community swimming pool (available Memorial Day-Labor Day). Our location is just minutes from Lake Chatuge, boat rentals, grocery stores, local boutiques, restaurants, and a hospital. It is also close to Brasstown Bald, Helen (15 miles away), Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, Golf Courses, Spas, Appalachian Trail, NE Georgia Wineries, Zip Lining, Gem Mining, White Water Rafting, Waterfalls, and Scenic Mountain Driving. I thought the house was secluded but it is not. Other cabins are very close and it appears the area behind the cabins is a HOA common area. Residents walk freely behind the cabin up and down the Hiawassee River. There are feeder boxes at the river that feed the trout so you will see plenty of trout especially near feeding time. A short walk to the pool which is about 150 ft away. The location is very close to Hiawassee, a 6 minute drive to the hospital in fact. Only issues we had with the cabin were uneven flooring and annoying woodpeckers destroying the sides of the cabin. Cabin had a nice layout and the beds were very comfortable. The river was so fun. We enjoyed the location and the home itself. The house was comfortable and we enjoyed the gas fireplace and the hot tub. The only thing I would add if it was my cabin would be a dishwasher. We were close to town, the lake, hiking trails, water falls, and many other activities and locations. Additionally, when we weren’t in a hurry to go somewhere, we enjoyed the creek that was right behind the house, fire pit, community pool, and just sitting on the porch. ##### Tena H.
