The Sejong Hotel is located right in the busy, tourist‑friendly neighborhood of Myeongdong. The property itself is well‑maintained, with a touch of luxury and modern features like self‑service kiosks for check‑in/check‑out, an automated luggage storage room, and a well‑equipped coin laundry.
I can’t speak for all the rooms, but ours felt a bit outdated — the furniture had drawers that opened on their own, the lamp shade wasn’t very clean, and the air conditioning mysteriously paused in the middle of the night, leaving the room overheated until we turned it back on. Maybe it was some kind of eco mode to save electricity?
Aside from that, everything else was great: daily cleaning service, helpful staff, and overall a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The rooms are incredibly small, but it was enough space for us to manage 5 suitcases and 2 backpacks. Everything was so clean, the staff was lovely, and the spa was incredible, plus you get a discount on the spa during your stay! We would happily stay again.

"The only reason I booked this hotel was because it had a pool. If you have children, you know that’s a major factor when choosing a hotel.
