Firstly, the hotel does not qualify for 4 star category. Carpet was old and worn out. Sheets and towels were old. Blanket was dirty. Bathroom smells. Fines imposed for everything but the water doesn’t drain in the sink. Breakfast is expensive. It should be under 3 star category. Pricey only because it is in Old town. Not so happy after paying EUR 185 per night.

This is one of those instances where paying a bit more money gives you a positive return for the investment. We chose this hotel for three main reasons: location, parking and breakfast. The location is unbeatable. You literally step outside the hotel and you are in the bustling old town. Parking is on site for a fee, but worth it. Breakfast was abundant and featuring a variety of salty and sweet options. Overall we were very happy.

"Location is superb. Walking distance to Mostar bridge and old town. They have a parking lot which was helpful as we arrived by car. The staff are lovely and super helpful."
